• Once the cake is arrived freeze it for some time then Remove cake from refrigerator and let sit at room temperature to get best flavor and texture.
• Keep the cake out of the sun and away from heat.  If a cake gets warm it will begin to lose its shape.
• Store cream cakes in a refrigerator. Fondant cakes should be stored in an air-conditioned environment.
• Use a serrated knife to cut a fondant cake.
